Indeed it is awesome, I took it and whenever I'm exercising... I feel more heat from within and a lot of sweat afterwards comfort and an energizing change in my body structure, I give u a thumb up and I'm still waiting to see the final amazing result by the time I'm done using the product

While the products are excellent the delivery times are longer than expected. And subject to a further customs and post office charge.

Have been using Lectin Shield everyday for about a year now. I am gluten sensitive and suffer from IBS. As long as I take 1 capsule of Lectin Shield before my two main meals, I have no IBS episodes. In addition, I try to eliminate lectins in my diet.
I have not noticed much of a difference from the BioComplete regiment for the past three months. It appears that my git health was similar to when I started. I am switching to the Total Restore to see if there is a difference.
I used Dr Guidry dark spot remover for over a month & NOTHING changed. Very, very disappointed & am not going to attempt for a refund. After his 45 minute speech of talking about looking younger, only 2 minutes about the product. Disappointed & will never try his product line again.
Now that I have been taking the product for the last month, I notice that my acid reflux has subsided and I seem to be digesting my food better overall. I will continue to monitor my progress and hope to increase to 5 stars soon. So far so good
After I used Lectin Shield in conjunction with Total Restore, I felt much better and my stools were well-formed.
Amazing product. I can feel the difference in my gut so, I'm still on my first bottle but I will definitely order more. I highly recommend the product. Thanks Dr. Steven Gundry.
They have great products and customer service. I just wish the checkout process was easier and faster.
I love the taste and am still trying to get in the habit of using it everyday. I'm struggling with the price and it makes me be very stingy with the product.
I have been using the Chocolate ProPlant Shake for over a year and now I am excited to have the new vanilla flavor as an alternate choice. It mixes really well and a delicious flavor with all of the health & nutrition benefits that I have come to appreciate the Dr Gundry's products.
First impression is very flavorful! I am still evaluating the impact of the polyphenol 'boost!' Not only have we incorporated the Gundry Olive in routine recipes but I also take a half a tablespoon dose every morning!
I thought I read/saw that Dr. Gundry takes a "shot" everyday? So which dose is optimal?

I am not an doctor however it has been shared that the road to health lives in the gut. I have been diagnosed with IBS I've lived with this for years, using holistic and modern northern medicine. I've done colonics for years used teas and breathing exercises and kept a very strict diet and exercise routine, this coupled with bi complete 3 need not use any prescription drug feel better you can feel it in your gut that this will work! #Goodluck

Dr Gundry speaks with authority but also personal experience. His advice and products are top quality and practical. He stays in touch with regular emails, offering free advice and tips and looks for feedback. That availability and accountability made me try him, but the quality and care keeps me coming back.

It is absolutely legit. I have tried products from other companies before with very little success. Dr. Gundry's products are excellent. I'm very pleased with all of my purchases and intend to continue using them indefinitely. His podcasts are very informative too.
